Amy: Very Clean, Well Managed & Very Secure Place for Camper Parking for Over Night or Long Term!! Showers & Restrooms are Very Clean!! BUT the LAUNDRY MACHINES are DISGUSTING & Smell Awful!! Machines are Owned & Poorly Maintained by a Company, Not the State Park. Machines are Very Low to the Ground Which Makes it Hard if You're Disabled Too. Laundry Room itself is Kept Clean.
Leslie Popp: A man by the name Frank Dean left a bad review on this place, I know for a fact he is lying, he left the remarks millwalkee was a democratic communist city, right there tells you what kind of person he is. This RV park is great, stayed here many times.
eldoal: Nice place, friendly staff
Michael Miller: Location. Location. Location. This site is only 5 miles from downtown Milwaukee. If this were any other RV park, they would probably charge $75 for such a prime location. With that in mind, the price is about as fair as could be hoped for. That said it's a parking lot with little else to offer. Unfortunately the full hook-up sites were all booked and I was stuck with a 30-amp site with no water or sewer. What's worse is: Those sites are really crammed together. If you can, don't try to save money here. Go for the full hookup site, where there is a lot more room. If it weren't for the prime location, this park would otherwise be a 3-star.
wheresbat (Bat): All the facilities you need, no frills. A downtown Milwaukee place to camp, at a reasonable price. Don't expect a resort. The staff are friendly and helpful, you will get anything you need. Will stay here again.
Barbara Dvojack: Clean,friendly,good prices,concrete pads,laundry,showers,dog areas,right by a bike trail

Desiree Keefer: We have been here two years in a row now and this has become a summer favorite for us! We feel very safe, everything is usually very clean. We have stayed in cabins each time and they were clean and comfortable. The beach is amazing, the pools are fun, we also enjoyed playing putt putt. Our favorite part is the water obstacle course and the beach, as we spend most of our time there. We bring food and eat at our cabin for every meal, except one, we pick a beach day and eat there. The pizza is our favorite at the beach restaurant!
Joe Bachynski: Best yogi camp ground yet definitely want to camp here you will not be disappointedHotel highlights Quiet …
Black Cummins: Great Christmas light show!! Will return!

Hudson Hanson: I have visited this area a few times to go to nearby museums and for biking. All times that I’ve been here it has been pleasant. There is a lot of wide open grass and a few trees here and there. There is a lot of cool nearby architecture to see and also Lake Michigan. It’s a great park surrounded by buildings with lots to do.
Robert Whitney: Smallest State Park in Wisconsin.Few, if any, "ameanaties." Fewer still "commercial consessions."Just a great place to watch water lap on rocks & contemplate Milwaukee's skyline.
Benjamin There: Could use some public restrooms .
JC Mountain: Nice lakshore area
Marlon Williams: Nice area to visit.
Jessica Sheridan: Lakeshore State Park is a hidden gem in Milwaukee. It's a beautiful park right along Lake Michigan with views of the lake, the Milwaukee Art Museum, Discovery World, and the Summerfest grounds. The park is well taken care of and even features a red lighthouse!
my business: Very beautiful, nice walk.
Kelby Fritz: Wonderful outdoors area in the middle of the city!
Ishaan Roy: Breathtaking Visuals!
Lorraine Marotz: Very picturesque. If could silence the highway would be a 5. Definitely worth it to visit.

Donald Vance: It's a park. What more can I say.
Sarah Davey: I love this park's concert series in the summer. It was over 70 degrees in FEBRUARY today. We had to take advantage of it.
Raúl Aceves: We only visited one area where there was snow and you could slip, it was very fun, many people attended. On other occasions, generally in the summer, I visited it. It is a park that maintains its green areas, in addition to being clean, its toilets are clean. It has enough parking space.Playground: They are in good condition and clean, families come to use them.Restrooms: They are clean and in good conditionDog-friendliness: Yes, pets are accepted and you can walk with them without difficulty.Picnic area: Clean areas although they lack a little maintenance because the benches need a little paint.
Theresa Armstrong: Great place for kids and adults to hangout, play, barbecue or picnic. Very clean park, lots to doPlayground: Beautiful, clean, age appropriate equipment, hugh playground area for sport, alone time area. Great place to take your family or be by yourself. Russ w-d: Best Good Friday fish fry.
John Peters: Easter Brunch was Fantastic
Janet Raute-Boudwine: Great fish fry. They have 2 servers. The skinny one leaves little to be desired. Food is hot not greasey and has a nice casual atmosphere.
Milton Barnes: I just had the best perch that I have had since moving to Wisconsin. The beer batter was really tasty, and the fish was fresh. I will remember to get a photo next time.
Peter Muth: The drinks were more than reasonable, and the service was great. But the clientele made the experience over the top!
Janine Putzer: Went there for a Boy Scout crossover. What a nice place! I hear they have a fish fry, so we will be back! Bowling was super fun too! I had no idea this place existed and was so large. We recommend this place! 🙂
Nan Zivney: On weekdays, they have a very good senior lunch. Donate only $3.00 and receive a nice, balanced meal.
Tonja Stokes: December 23rd, my family had our Family Christmas party here. Great time. I also came here for the Friday fish fry. Great catfish, very delicious. Excellent customer service and staff. Great venue for a party, delicious food and great price.
Sandra Bailey: Great Customer Service 👍

Kathleen Mysliwiec: A hidden gem in the Milwaukee wedding industry. They will work with you to create an eco friendly vision without compromising any of the ideals, ambiance, or wishes for your big day. Plenty of parking, options to bring on any catering we desired, classrooms and spaces to rent for rehearsal dinners, handicap accessible throughout, beautiful la lune tables and chairs included, etc. Truly a dream venue without an atrocious wedding venue price tag.Parking: Such a relief to know we had plenty of guest parkingRestrooms: Clean, spacious, absolutely no worries for any of our guests.Dog-friendliness: We were encouraged to incorporate our pup into our big day!
Brandon Brown - Roost Photography: Urban Ecology Center - Riverside is a fantastic and unique wedding venue. Surrounded by nature and strongly committed to environmentally sustainable practices, the venue combines warm wooden tones with a modern twist. In addition to the beautiful forest grove for ceremonies - there is a striking walking bridge and observation tower that provide great opportunities for photos and frivolity! It is the perfect background for wedding celebrations!
caitlin carlson: This was the most breathtaking place we could've ever imagined getting married at! The colors of trees and overall forest feel gave us the most perfect magic forest wedding! The team was really helpful in making sure the day went perfectly. The ability to not only decorate the whole space but have the freedom to bring your own vendors was amazing! Lots of places lock you in to a crazy expensive meal/drink plan. So the fact they don't is underrated! The inside of the building is almost as beautiful as the venue it's located on! The slides were a huge hit with kids and adults alike! The 2 levels were also great for balcony viewing and space to really spread out and dance!
Karina Schafer: Rented the Urban Ecology Center for a memorial recently and the location, the facilities and the staff were spectacular! I was so grateful for their outstanding help. They really went out of their way and it was so appreciated! Also, love to just visit the space in my day-to-day life. We are so lucky to have them in our neighborhood! Such an important part of the community!
Cara Bell: We had our wedding reception here in October and cannot express just how perfect this venue is.From the start, Facility Rentals & Events Manager MaryBeth was extremely helpful and informative, helping us coordinate with vendors and laying out the floorplan. They allowed us to execute the simple, elegant wedding we envisioned while being in line with their environmental mission as best we could. We nearly had to switch our ceremony location to the UEC due to weather conditions, and while we did not go through with that, MaryBeth was extremely flexible and willing to help us make things work despite the last minute changes. The result of the evening was magical, supported by their wonderful staff. We would recommend the UEC to anyone looking for an awesome wedding!
Sandi Landowski: Beautiful, accessible nature trails. Accessible building with local reptiles to look at. Nice venue for gathering or weddings. It was especially lovely with the fall colors. Various programs to get involved, including crafts, adult evening walks and drinks, sewing, etc.
Lore Lisheron: Awesome community oriented facility. Great place for kids to learn about conservation in an urban setting.
Ken Schmitz-Lammers: We recently had our wedding with about 34 guests at Urban Ecology Center. The actual ceremony was outside by their fire pit area and the reception was indoors on the second floor. As it was beginning of August we were able to be outdoors to enjoy the beautiful surroundings that the area provides. There were plenty of great places for photos, a great overlook tower with a view of the city, and a wrap around balcony to hang out. Even though we had catering, there was a fully-stocked kitchen available to us if needed. On the evening of the wedding there were two employees to assist with any last-minute details, and leading up to the event various staff were very friendly and helpful. We also knew that our rental fee for the space would be utilized to support the mission of Urban Ecology Center and its programs, which is a big plus compared to other wedding venues. We live close to the UEC so will continue to enjoy the grounds as we always so, but would definitely recommend the Center for any gatherings.
John Contreras: This is an incredible place to visit if you're into hiking and adventuring. What's really nice about this location is you can direct access to the river and some great photo ops. Definitely recommend bringing friends and family here.
Kenny Z. Rivera: Recommended activities Hiking, Walking
Ed Rose: Excellent field trip! Highly Recommended. There is much to see and do. Great sites and sounds. Woodsy place with good views.Fees: There are fees to join some programs.Restrooms: There are rest rooms.
Makayla Lawrence: .My favorite feature of the urban ecology center is the equipment rentals. For just $25/year I can check out a kayak anytime Monday-Saturday!The Urban Ecology Center also has a kayak launch that, while a bit of a steep hike from the kayak storage, is pretty convenient and well maintained given the price and location. One of the best parts of living in Milwaukee!
