Cassandra Cantrell: . Wasn’t a bad place to live. But there were no windows in the kitchen, living room, or bathroom. Just the one pictured in the bedroom. The view was other peoples bedroom windows haha. Not that much sunlight reached my room, my plants almost died. Also the floor in the living room and kitchen was hard concrete. I mean overall the place was nice considering the other options for living in Milwaukee and you get a full size bed, desk/chair, a closet area with shelving, and island with two chairs in the kitchen. Also a plunger and toilet brush are included in the bathroom. I’m just posting the things I didn’t know about before moving in and being nit-picky.

Там очень тихо, я могу целыми днями не видеть никого из соседей!Я снял звезду, потому что университет разместил в Кенилворте студентов с положительными случаями COVID-19 и не уведомил нынешних жителей. У нас были временные соседи с COVID, и нам пришлось самим выяснять, что происходит.Возможно, это будет немного больше денег, но, на мой взгляд, цена того стоила!

RiverView is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Milwaukee. A grocery store is across the street, and movie, rock-climbing, and bowling venues, plus restaurants at every price point are within a two-mile radius – and that’s on foot. Or, students can rent a Bublr Bike or use their U-Pass to get around town with ease and affordability.

Jamie Morin: It's very clean. Looks very nice. Daughter is in school here.
Kelly Wolf: A very nice dorm for college students. Only negative is wish it was closer to the center of learning.

Christopher Kottke: Riverview in my opinion is the best residence hall UWM has to offer with the rooms very recently furnished and spacious. The only problem with this residence hall is it's location and the events they offer, or lack of. Half of the dorms face an empty dirt lot and the other half faces the other dorm Cambridge that is right next to a paper company. If you want to get anywhere you have to take a bus which isn't terrible but it sure isn't as convenient as Sandburg. Overall, Riverview is the nicest residence hall UWM has, but the location is not.

Мне очень понравилось время, проведенное здесь. Персонал феноменальный и всегда готов помочь. Все мои проблемы я решал либо в тот же день, либо на следующий день, и с большим уважением. Я определенно рекомендую это место другим студентам! They really take care of their own and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The key card lock system is a nice and easy way to enter and exit the building also. It is a very protected building! Would definitely recommend!
Amalia Megally: Lovely place to live! I have lived at the Marq for two years now and I really enjoy it. It has great amenities including free printing, a nice work out center, a huge laundry room with machines always open, and a convenient shop where you can buy snacks. There is a new security officer in the main building that really puts your mind at ease. I love that when I get a package I get a text telling me it's arrived and it's simple and easy to pick up. Other apartments throw your packages outside your door and you risk having them stolen, with parcel pending that cannot happen! There is always fun events hosted in the lounge with pizza, coffee, or ice cream which is a fun pick me up when school/work is stressful. I currently live in a 3B3B apartment and I really love it. We have 3 furnished bedrooms, a spacious living room, and 3 bathrooms each our own. Whenever there is an issue with any part of the apartment the maintenance staff fixes it well and in a timely manner. My experience has been really incredible and I would recommend the Marq to anyone looking for a home away from home in a safe, comfortable apartment.

Ben: , and this has been the best experience I have had with an apartment complex. The staff was always very helpful and nice. The maintenance workers were some of the nicest individuals you could meet and were always willing to help fix anything within a day or two of submitting a maintenance request. Great amenities and they always have something going on to get the residents engaged with each other. No place is perfect, but the Marq is pretty close.
Daniel Levin: I was a grad student going to Marquette Law School, and the Marq provided me with a nice place to live. The staff was very pleasant to work with and it is the perfect place to live if you are a grad student. It is walking distance to the dental and law school. I would recommend living at the Marq.

Bob Taylor: A very good friend of mine's daughter has lived there for a couple of years as a student at Marquette and newly graduated professional. I've been onsite 3-4 times for visits up from Chicago and was really impressed with the staff that supports the tenants, the quality of the living space, and the contemporary look and feel of this great rental opportunity. You also cannot beat the central location and walking distance to the many great things Milwaukee has to offer. If I or one of my kids was moving to Milwaukee, I would seriously consider moving there.
OLD SALT MERCHANTS: My daughter lived at The Lark on 14th for two years and it was a great experience. It's a very SAFE environment right near the Marquette campus. The amenities were amazing -- spacious modern apartments plus a nice clean gym and tons of community acitivities and outreach. The staff are very attentive and communicate quickly. For all you parents out there, I highly recommend this property for your college age children. The safe enviroment and top notch staff was worth every penny. - Monique
John Short: Lark on 14th is a great apartment building. The rooms are cozy, spacious, and very accomodating. The staff is a big highlight of living at the Lark. Everyone who works there is easy to talk to you and fun to interact with, in addition to being understanding and careful with all resident wants and needs. Would very much recommend living here.

Emi Miller: I lived here for 2 years and I loved it. The only reason I moved out was to pursue a PHD in Cleveland. Great staff, great amenities and very safe. The kitchen was spacious with up to date appliances. In the beginning of quarantine, it was great to be in a clean space and have a management staff that was helpful during these hectic times.

Ed Rose: There's been alot of plumbing issues that have affected being able to go lately. I'm not Alumni and my membership is over twice as expensive. Hmmm, my car is a beater and I feel like I'm being watched by public safety, even so much as to over hear an officer calling the front desk while I'm standing there asking if I'm on the blacklist to the young man working, I worked out here heavily in the 1980's when it was the YMCA. and of course it's nothing like that now, us non alumni can go to the rec center which is now getting a huge renovation. Funny I was sitting in the sauna there one day at the rec center after talking with a couple students, and it came over me like strong deja vu, I felt totally at home there at MU, I could have sat there for a couple hours. Maybe it's my Catholic or Midwest roots.
